This place is so good. I love the baja dog. Their queso blanco really makes it. My buddy gets the queso burger. My wife will usually get the BLT dog because she likes that it stays true to a more classic hot dog. The beef is amazing. We have also had their pastrami burger which was just as good as any gourmet burger from any sit down restaurants. The kids meals are a great price and our little girl loves it. Their fries (regular and sweet potato) are on point as well.

Great dogs! Its nice to have a really good hot dog menu near-by. We tried three different hot dogs on their menu, and their fries. All of them were really good, and the fries are probably the best in St George. I have not tried one of their burgers, but I will soon. I also want to try their zuchinni coins. The place is small, but clean and the people are all friendly. I say give em a try.

From the moment I walked in the door with my 14 mo. old baby I was greeted and treated like family. I ordered a delicious dog with pineapple mustard, it was delicious... After I had been sitting for a moment the cook brought me a hot dog for my daughter. Free! It was so nice and unexpected. If I'm in the area I'll eat here, hands down!

If you like a good messy hot dog, you will love this. I don't know that I love a Reuben sandwich but I ordered the Reuben dog and it was one of the best hot dogs I've ever had. Make sure to get the sweet potato fries as well. Good options for kids.. Corn dog, grilled cheese, etc.

I was unable to eat here because after a 15 minute wait, watching the cashier frequently leave the register to run orders out to customers (why couldn't she just take a name and then call when the food come out?), when I got to the front of the line she let me know she'd be back in 5 minutes to take my order. I refused to wait 20 minutes for a $7 hot dog so I left. I asked her if someone called out sick or whether it was always such a ridiculously long wait, to which she responded that "that's just how it is in a small local business." To be honest the food didn't even look that great. I saw a lot of underripe tomatoes come out on peoples hot dogs. We went to the Honolulu grill for lunch instead and that was AMAZING. Try there for lunch!

This is my second time here for lunch and this time I got the cheeseburger. I really enjoyed the flavor of the meat and i thought having a flavored bun was a nice touch. I really liked how the burger was just the right size, I didn't leave hungry or feeling like I'm going to die. Fries are great and so is the fry sauce. I will admit they probably need one more person to help in the kitchen.

best hot dog I've had in a long time! served on a delicious, fresh tasting kaiser bun, OMGosh, this is a fantastic hot dog. the French fries are specially seasoned with paprika and salt, so bomb! if you're looking for an all-American lunch, one hot grill is super double plus good!

Sigh. I don't get it. I'm starting to wonder if some of the positive reviews in this city are based on the fact that the reviewers don't get out much. Maybe I'm just picky, or maybe I just keep having bad experiences here. That being said, my experience at One Hot Grill was just... meh. Most things in this town have just been... meh. This was no exception. Based on the couple of positive reviews posted on Yelp, my fiancé decided he really had a hankerin' for a good hot dog. We headed to One Hot Grill to satisfy his craving. The idea of salt and paprika fries and a fresh kaiser bun sounded pretty fantastic. It was really a shame, because this place really underperformed the positive reviews. My fiancé and I decided to split a Baja hot dog - it was topped with guacamole, sour cream, bacon, and a few other things. To be honest, I don't remember every ingredient that was on it. I guess we ordered the wrong thing, because the flavors didn't really work together and the toppings ended up being a big, bland mess. Especially when it comes to small businesses, I try to keep an open mind that maybe, just maybe, I ordered the one dud on the menu. The stars weren't lost because I didn't enjoy the toppings. However, what really irked me was that the dog itself was the SALTIEST, most RUBBERY hot dog I've ever had. It was almost inedible. No matter what dog I would have ordered, I can't imagine that a different topping would have fixed the underlying problem that this was one crappy hot dog. Secondly, the fries... definitely nothing special. They really didn't have much salt... or, well, any at all- I kinda wonder if they forgot to salt them, because I couldn't see or taste anything but bland potato flavor. There was no paprika - I really don't know what a previous reviewer was talking about. Maybe they changed the recipe. Sigh. The two stars were for the quick, friendly service and the clean environment. If I lived here, I would probably return to try a burger. However, I don't... so I have to review this place based on what I know. What I know is that my hot dog sucked. I really wanted this to be better.

I ordered a hot dog and sweet potato fries and that's what I got. And I really thought it was good. NY dog was good. Cool place inside. Nice straight up staff. I will be back to satisfy my hot dog cravings! Oh, and the fry sauce with spices was great!

Great concept, but the food is mediocre for the prices, and the staff seemed bothered by my presence. I probably won't be back nor recomend it.

We stopped by for a quick bite after spending some time at the park across the street. There were quite a few people in our group and everyone LOVED their burgers. I had the "Queso Burger", which had queso fresco and green chilies on a soft kaiser roll. It was one of the most flavorful burgers I've ever had. Other members of our group had the "One Hot Burger" (with jalapenos, grilled onions and chipotle mayo), the Philly Cheese Steak (not on the menu) and the Utah Burger (complete with fry sauce). Everyone loved their sandwiches and we were so surprised to find such a good burger at such an inconspicuous place. Also worth mentioning, is that our service was great, it was very clean! We've had many many burgers all around the country and we LOVED the burgers here.

I went to One Hot Grill with a friend while we were watching the St. George Ironman. Neither of us were too hungry so we decided to split a cheeseburger. It was horrible! Undercooked crappy beef, both of us threw it out after one bite. Even the fries had a strange taste to them. Definitely would NOT recommend One Hot Grill.

Great service, afternoon staff is friendly and prompt. The place smells of sausage and body odor but don't let that fool you. The food was excellent. Our party ordered the Chicken Cheesesteak (superb), zucchini coins (careful they hold their heat), Chicago dog, the kids slider, fries, and sweet fries. Everything was delicious. One Hot Grill doesn't disappoint.

Consistently, this restaurant serves excellent food. My favorite is the BLT. Their fries are perfect...crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. As far as the fries go, they don't typically put paprika on them unless you ask for it, so you won't automatically get them that way. The man that left a review about them asked them to put the paprika on for him. This is a must visit restaurant in St George!!!

Went there yesterday with our family. Great dogs and a super club sandwich! Friendly staff. Got our food quickly! Fry sauce was AWESOME on everything! The fries were GREAT and the onion rings were perfect! We will be back to test some more dogs before heading back to California! This place is a gem

I have eaten here more than once. I love the Chicago dog, but one of the surprisingly best things here is the Club Sammich! I had that the last time I was there and I was amazed. The ham and turkey and bacon with two kinds of cheese was fabulous. Get a side of fries. They serve them with a fry sauce that has some dill in it and it really makes a refreshing difference.

I eat here once a month and try new items on the menu. This time I ordered the Baja dog and then spent the next 24 hours with food poisoning.

Very good all-beef hot dogs. Like everyone else says, the sweet potato fries are money. Owner was very nice and gave us an order of dessert fries which were also quite good. Fun, unique place to eat.

I was very impressed with the fries. Especially the sweet potato fries. They were the best I've ever had. They had the perfect texture, not too soft and not too crunchy. I ordered the Chicago dog, which I wasn't too impressed with. It was good, just nothing special. My wife had the Reuben and I took a bite. I'm not even a fan of Reuben but I would give that one 5 stars. One Hot Grill was a fun experience for us. They had great, friendly service with a New York City feel to it.

A couple of my friends have been encouraging me to try this place for months, and for good reason. The restaurant is intimate, clean, and located right on Tabernacle street. The general manager is super friendly and a great cook. My husband has tried the Southwest BBQ, and Queso Burgers and loved them. I've tried several items on the menu and have not been disappointed! The fries and fry sauce are also delicious, you won't find better french fries in Southern Utah!
